Conceptual Design

mactaggart site planGreat news, we have received our high-level conceptual design from the city.  This design will give a high-level layout of where the park amenities will be located on our park site.  Please note this is not the detailed plan, that will be created at a later stage of the project.

Parkland Update

There are two parcels of land that are designated for our park/school. One parcel is owned by the city and the other parcel is still with a developer. In order to start developing designs for the lots they both need to be owned by the city. This impacts our project schedule because that parcel of land is currently scheduled to be graded and seeded and turned over to the city in 2013. We are investigating other options to see if we can continue with the original build schedule of 2012.
