If you provide us with a pre-printed flyer we will deliver it with our newsletter at cost of only $100.00 per issue. Why would you want to advertise in this way?
Our current distribution will reach approximately 4,000 dwellings and businesses in the Terwillegar area. The same distribution with Canada Post would be 10.3 cents per flyer but with us it works out to just 3 cents. Plus you will be supporting your local non-profit Community League. Please note that if you provide more then 4,000 copies of your flyer they will not be returned. They will be recycled. If you are interested in providing flyer inserts, please notify Tamara and drop off the flyers at Great West Printing with the flyers clearly marked "Terwillegar News".

Interested in submitting an article into TCL News? If you have a story that you think our residents would be interested in please submit it to Tamara. We rely on submissions from the community for editorial content. We would like to hear of any news or events happening in the community, or about our residents. We ask any business submitting a promotional article, what we call an “adtorial”, to pay full price for the space used for the article and any images provided. All text submissions must be in Word or in plain text format.

Electronic Files:
For a high quality print please submit as either a jpeg of higher than 150 dpi or same size image as a PDF (with embedded fonts). Advertisments submitted in colour will be printed in black and white, but posted online in colour. Please send articles as either a Word document or Plain Text.

Hard Copy:
You can mail in a hard copy advertisement on good quality white paper printed in black. Avoid folding your advertisement! No Hard Copy articles, please send as Word or Plain Text

WORD Submissions:
Advertisements submitted as Word documents can be difficult to use. These submissions will be used as reference only. If you have a specific logo or image you would like used please send in as a jpeg or PFD file. If you are using a specialized font not readily accessible or transferred with your submission, a similar font one will be used in its place. If you do not have any artwork Clip Art can be used upon request.

Payment in advance is required for all advertising. Please note we do not charge GST.
